Miguel Reyes is the Founder of the Staying Fit ODAAT podcast, group, and movement. Miguel describes himself as an recovering alcoholic husband and father who turned to God and the fellowship of AA to save his life. He transported himself to meetings on foot, began using running as his vehicle — and quickly fell in love with running, sobriety, and staying fit. Miguel says “he noticed his addictive personality took over with running— but this time, in a healthy way.” He went on to establish an online community for others in recovery that desire to focus on a life of health, fitness, and addiction recovery. The “Staying Fit ODAAT community has grown to more than 650 members in a short time. Miguel also hosts a podcast featuring one-on-one interviews with other individuals in recovery who are doing amazing things. His latest passion is training to qualify for the Boston Marathon!
