Kaitie Degen had a chaotic upbringing riddled with abuse, social service intervention and bullying. She never met her father and cared for her drug-addicted mother which meant growing up quickly in a great deal of stress. Her life had been a humbling experience of searching for self worth, but she craved more: more love and honesty towards herself and more confidence to help others do the same. That’s why she created Sober Saturdayz in 2018!
