Jenn is a fitness and nutrition coach, a Chief Warrant Officer Two in the US Army, a champion collegiate rower, a bodybuilding competitor and a mom, and wife.
Through decades of trial and error, she’s learned how to integrate practical fitness and nutrition habits into the craziest stages of life. She’s run 5K’s with fellow soldiers during combat tours, completed a marathon after her first baby, entered a bodybuilding competition after the loss of her father. She made the difficult decision after 15 years of alcohol misuse/abuse to become and stay sober despite popular opinion. She currently has 9 months of continued sobriety.
She’s learned movement helps people move through emotions. It creates self-help, self-awareness and self-wellness. Through fitness, growth happens, and not just in your muscles (!), but, in your mind and spirit, too. Continued sobriety help provided new depth and clarity to this every layer of this wellness process. Jenn’s passion for training and coaching is in her blood. When Jenn was just fourteen, her late father (who was a body-building competitor in the eighties) took her to the gym and taught her how to use every.single.piece of equipment. It’s no surprise then, that when it came time to get her National Association of Sports Medicine certification, she studied for just two weeks and passed.
She’s also part of the Army’s Master Fitness Trainer program, which helps soldiers prepare for physical fitness tests. Through LinCkFIT, Jenn is taking years of training, knowledge and straight-up hard-learned life lessons and delivering in an easy, maintainable plan. No more struggling alone to create new habits. No more suffering alone, in silence.
